Synthetic Fluids
The SynForm Series of products are water dilutable metal forming lubricants designed for drawing, stamping, blanking, and forming tasks on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. They feature boundary lubricants and extreme pressure additives that help extend tool life. Our innovative water-based solutions offer outstanding corrosion protection, excellent cleanability, and are compatible with a wide range of substrates.
Evaporative Fluids
Our FormAll and MetalForm 700 Series products are formulated with evaporative solvents which have varied evaporative rates based on the customer’s specific application. These vanishing lubricants are designed for use on aluminum, galvanized, pre-painted steel, copper, brass, and ferrous metals. Leaving little to no residue these fluids evaporate quickly after application eliminating the need for cleaning in many circumstances while maintaining compatibility with downstream operations such as welding, painting, and assembly.
Soluble Oils
The MetalForm 4000 and 5000 soluble oil lines are formulated to deliver reliable lubrication, excellent extreme-pressure performance, and effective corrosion protection across a wide range of metalworking applications.
