Spray Cleaners
We offer a broad range of production-tested, high-performance spray cleaner concentrates. These products attack and remove soils to ensure superior-quality parts from your metal-finishing operation. Our unique formulations are designed for demanding, low-temperature cleaning operations and can be customized for your substrate and soil.
Phosphate-free products are also available. When combined with ZirKote conversion coatings, they can improve compliance by completely removing phosphate from your pretreatment chemicals. We specialize in cleaning products formulated for use in recirculating spray washers, pressure washers, and steam wands.

Immersion Cleaners

Acidic Scale and Rust Removal
This line of products dissolves light rust, laser slag, and mineral scale commonly found in production environments. These products are designed to be diluted with water and are easy to control. Their dissolving action is influenced by temperature, chemical concentration, contact time, and bath agitation.
This product line includes inhibited acidic chemistries that help protect against base-metal attack. These products may be applied through immersion or spray systems and may also contain detergents to assist with wetting and rinsing. Our customers use these proven chemistries in production and for washer-maintenance activities.

pH-Neutral Scale and Rust Removal
We offer pH-neutral products that dissolve mineral scale, laser slag, and rust. The neutral pH of this chemistry alleviates safety concerns associated with acidic products. General-purpose cleaners, floor cleaners, peelable booth coatings, machine and sump cleaners, scale removers, and wastewater-treatment chemicals are just a few of the products we supply.
These products are water-based, industrial-strength cleaners formulated to remove common shop soils from a variety of surfaces. Economical and effective, these general-purpose cleaners can be diluted with water to achieve the desired strength for your soil load.
Floor Cleaner
We offer a line of industrial-strength floor cleaners for mop-bucket and floor-scrubber applications. Our floor-cleaning products are formulated for maximum cleaning performance while minimizing the negative effects that some solvents can have on seals, hoses, and coated surfaces. Because paint technologies vary, we recommend performing a spot check to ensure compatibility before using these products on painted floors.
Machine and Sump Cleaner
Our SumpCleaner product line is formulated for the challenging job of cleaning oil, fluid residue, dirt, and soap scum that accumulate in machine tools during normal production. These products effectively penetrate and remove soils from machine sumps, cabinetry, coolant supply lines, and coolant-recycling equipment.
These low-foaming products offer excellent penetrating action and contain a biocide to sanitize coolant lines and difficult-to-reach areas. The cleaners are compatible with most metalworking fluid technologies and may be added to the sump during production. Cleaner residue leaves a thin protective film that helps prevent flash rust and provides short-term corrosion protection.
